Best of 2024
My 100th post on this blog, and with that, an announcement: I am not posting anymore on this blog, apart from end of year lists. I much prefer to post on r/finedining and Instagram, so don't expect any new posts to crop up on here any time soon. That said, here are my Top 5 dining experiences from 2024: 1. Restaurant Jordnær (***) - Copenhagen 2. Geranium (***) - Copenhagen 3. The Fat Duck (***) - Bray, UK 4. DiverXO (***) - Madrid 5. noma (***) - Copenhagen I had some of the best meals of my life this year, with this five being in my all-time Top 10 list. But that is likely to change next year, with visits planned to El Celler De Can Roca, Disfrutar, Mirazur, L'Enclume, Da Terra, Cocina Hermanos Torres, and many more!
